Frankly, I thoroughly enjoyed Monster Hunter Siege and mark it another escapist, gun-toting, monster-killing fest worthy of Mr. In some regards, this particular novel seemed almost a derivative rehash of its storyline predecessor (book #4, as book #5 Monster Hunter Nemesis was really more of a standalone work), but with all the characters and the intro of a new weapon for Pitt, the book just works.
